The work of many Homo Faber artisans was on show at Collect 2019, held at the Saatchi gallery in London from 28 February-3 March. Staged by the Crafts Council UK, a member of the Michelangelo Foundation’s network, Collect is the only gallery-presented art fair dedicated to modern craft and design. Among the 45 participating galleries were Cavaliero Finn, Sarah Myerscough, Vessel Gallery and Craft Scotland, who, between them, represented the work of Homo Faber artisans including Matthew Chambers, Patricia Shone, Ashraf Hanna, Claire Malet, Vanessa Hogge and Eleanor Lakelin. Collection, the gallery of Ateliers d’Art de France, another member of the foundation’s network, was also present at Collect this year.
