The String Circle, a project conceived by Le Dimore del Quartetto connects the excellence of the art of lutherie with the new promising generation of chamber music ensembles, through the international mapping of the best artisan workshops.
The String Circle responds to the desire to enhance the art and professionalism of the Master Luthier by intercepting a specific audience, and to provide quality instruments for young musicians at the beginning of their careers.
As a result, a network of Master Luthiers facilitates an international exchange, fostering their professional and artistic growth.
Master Luthiers recommended by Homo Faber Guide Alberto Giordano , Stepan Soultanian , Ulrike Dederer , Gideon Baumlatt & Mira Gruszow , have already joined the initiative, and contribute with their creations to the mission of The String Circle.
The String Circle will be present at Cremona Musica 2023 , where they will coordinate a concert where the instruments used will be part of the collection of pieces created by their network of luthiers.
