Network Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Appliqués et des Métiers d’Art School

Located on the left bank of Paris, the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Appliqués et des Métiers d’Art (Ensaama) has a student population of nearly 1,000 undergraduates and postgraduates. The college offers a wide range of programmes in design and contemporary crafts across eight major courses of study. With innovation and excellence as the main focus, students are encouraged to pursue an interdisciplinary approach within and outside the school. Over the past few years, Ensaama has joined forces with Parisian schools Estienne, Duperré and Boulle to develop innovative teaching practices in crafts and design. Ensaama’s many education partners, both practitioners and companies, open up employment opportunities and are key to the success of its students. For the past six years the school has developed a partnership with Comité Colbert, promoting excellence in French craftsmanship. It also enjoys many other professional connections in France and abroad, as well as long-standing partnerships with leading international schools worldwide. Ensaama is attentive to new techniques and professional requirements, the aim being to encourage students to develop their expertise with audacity, creativity and professionalism. The school’s best ambassadors are its graduates, who travel the world every year and showcase their talent.
