Founded in 2003, the Creative Academy is Richemont International's postgraduate corporate school specialised in jewellery, watchmaking and accessories with a particular focus on design and fine craftsmanship. Every year the Creative Academy welcomes 20 young creative talents recruited from all over the world to follow its Master of Arts in Design and Applied Arts. Its mission is to offer young future professionals the tools they need to respond to the constantly evolving demands of the luxury sector by linking theory and professional practice. Students are trained through field projects, specialised seminars and constant interaction with Richemont Maisons. The course lasts ten months: seven months spent at the Creative Academy in Milan (January-July), followed by a three-month internship granted to deserving students (September-November).
